Orders are fulfilled via Shopee and/or TikTok Shop (once live). Shipping options, fees, and delivery timelines are shown at checkout on those platforms.

Processing and dispatch
Dispatch timing is determined by the marketplace fulfilment flow and your selected shipping method at checkout.

Tracking
Tracking is provided through the marketplace order page (Shopee/TikTok Shop). Please refer to your order confirmation within the platform.

Delivery issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged:
1) Check tracking in Shopee/TikTok Shop
2) Contact the platform support first (fastest route)
3) If still unresolved, contact us at info@theprotocolco.com with your order number and screenshots.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct in the marketplace checkout. We cannot be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
